The first pic could possibly of the Lasius Sp. E... Don't quote me on that but they look pretty similar. It looks like it might be a Asian needle ant or Brachyponera chinensis, they are invasive species in the USA. But dont take my word for it, if you have a description of the size of workers i can compare them to some i have right next to me in a little cut that for some reason are Asian needle ants,...
