#2 somewhat looks like a prenolepis imparis ant.

The first pic could possibly of the Lasius Sp. E... Don't quote me on that but they look pretty similar. I'm debating between Formica Fusca and Tapinoma Sessile... So Close!

It looks like it might be a Asian needle ant or Brachyponera chinensis, they are invasive species in the USA. But dont take my word for it, if you have a description of the size of workers i can compare them to some i have right next to me in a little cut that for some reason are Asian needle ants,...

Based on that I would guess Lasius sp. or Crematogaster sp. but I would wait for a more experienced person to identify them, like batspiderfish. Definitely not Prenolepis imparis if you caught her in September/August.
