I personally would't risk putting queens together even if they are know to be polygynous.

Pretty sure that's a hydration problem. I don't know what kind of a setup you have but my ytong nests dry out in a day maybe even quicker. I have to add water daily if not twice a day.

That is pretty much what I would do minus the heating pad cuz I don't have one. Sooner or later she should move, most of my ants are reluctant at first and usually takes a couple of days sometimes more than a week for them to decide that they have had enough of the bright light.
