as u can read my signature,i got 15-20 workersbut no major,why? i dont think its usual

i got pheidole pallidula specie with 16-20 workers and a bunch of brood with 2 queens living happily

Black crazy ants generally don't dig and live in cracks and crevices. So a captive setup isn't that much different from a wild one. (for this species, anyway.)
