i would but my little sister took the darn test tube and put to much water in it. so i moved the queen and quickly dryed the tube, it was all set but... the queen escaped and all i have now is a clean empty test tube. sigh :cry: Maybe it got offended that you thought it was a lasius niger. Bad luck...

That's odd. I'll have to try that now. The rubbing alcohol is for the baby powder to stick onto the glass/wall, so it's interesting to see the method prevailing without it. Thanks for the tip.
