Freeze the crickets before feeding them because even if u cut the head it will still be moving

This also happened to me.The queen that my queens beheaded probably wasn’t fertile . The beheaded queen ( before it was beheaded)kept trying to escape.

Protein jelly (or whatever you have) sold online does not have the nutrients that feeder insects have. So protein jelly sold online is not intended to replace the protein source in your ants diet
