I think this is a Camponotus Pennsylvanicus, correct? She seems to be 20mm/2cm Caught her July 4th. She bounced off my leg and landed on my shoe. You'll probably find the Zoo Med Repti Heat Cable easier to find in the US. Amazon for example, or your local pet store. 15 Watt is what I am using.

Camponotus Queen? - Toronto June 11

Hello All, I caught my first ant I am hoping is a queen. This ant was caught in Toronto on June 11 2017. It is approx 16mm long. I think based on the size of the head, it is a queen as opposed to a drone? I've just started getting interested in ant keeping a month ago though, so I don't really know ...
