I know this is very old, but, why is it in the graveyard?

Oh, okay, thanks for asking to be sure, I didn't know you had googled it.

Just saying, a google search could have told you the answer, do this for future questions and come here if it does not give you the answer you need, here's what the first popup on google said: no they do not sting, but the majors can bite (not exactly that)

Your queen may not be laying eggs because she is waiting 'till after hibernation to start a colony, and it is unusual that you would find a Tetramorium Sp. E queen in September.

To know why they are stressed there are a few possibilities, how often do you check up on them? Are you covering their setup with something to stop light? Are they in a relatively stable area (not too many vibrations or constant changing of light, on off on off or fluctuation of temp) If not put the...
