I have heard of ant pheromones making glass/plastic cloudy over time. Maybe this is what happened?

If she has dropped her wings off, then she is mated. Otherwise, it is harder to identify, maybe wait and see if she lays eggs.

I have not got any numbers here, but the test tube setup should last a few weeks minimum. It needs to be changed when it runs out of water or when food that you may have put into it rots or causes fungus to grow. To change the setup, prepare another one and cover it with something that will make it ...
