I would say Camponotus castaneus or perhaps Formica pallidefulva/incerta. A side view would be quite helpful. It is definitely a worker though

Those are in fact Camponotus pennsylvanicus. The largest harvesters in Ontario are Aphaenogaster lamellidens, my favourite species
