She could be Pheidole nodus , Tetramorium of the tropics are semi-claustral and are often quite small. Here's some pictures of my late Tetramorium colony and a T. bicarinatum queen for comparison. They are black crazy ants (Paratrechina longicornis), they have those white stripes because their gasters are full of food.

My campo nicobarensis also went from 15W to 4W, they have 2 larvae now and 1 egg. I gave them honey recently. Should i feed them a cricket? What is best to recover a colony? Also, it has been like this for a few months now i am worried the workers might die. What did you feed them besides honey? Ho...
