definitely camponotus but i guess she is infertile or she is not comfortable enough

if the queen did not have wings and it came out of the nest when their is no nuptial flight the queen is most likely fertile but just not enough for the wild colony

on formiculture their is a queen that laid eggs with only two legs and one attena. she would have raised a colony if she did not drown in honey. she will be fine just give her some space but not much

they can't get through plastic test tubes the only plastics they can chew through are soft ones. don't use hot glue or silicone
