If i were you i would wait till 20-30 workers. You could move them in but there is a real risk they won't be be happy.
if your nest if ytong or something similar, you could fill more then half of the nest up with a dry substrate and they will expand at there own pace.

depends on the size of the ants and the size of the nest. What species are you planning to move and and how big is your nest?

sadly 4 of the 6 queens have died. However i caught 4 more last night including my first campo (1 camponotus, 3 Nylanderia). i have gotten the identification for the 2 other species they are pheidole and Nylanderia.
