Need a Macro camera or lens attachment for us to really be able to tell. However can eliminate a lot, as 5mm is very small for a queen. Definitely not camponotus, formica, lasius (i believe). I have yet to see a single ant in the wild in 2018. Its been really rainy though. Keep checking though! They will be out soon! I am hoping to snag a winter one this year as well.

Its a bit late to put them back in hibernation. Generally you want to keep them above freezing (probably between 35-50). I kept mine in a closet outside, then wrapped in a towel (with space for air to get out) and they did fine. However I have already taken mine out of hibernation. 68 is definitely ...
