Yes don't worry we are all impatient, just got to overcome it, and yes they don't do much else, formica will probably take between 1-3 months.

Worker. :( sorry! Looks like Tetramorium to me Ah no issue,didn't expect she was a queen, but as far as I know, we don't have tetraomorium!? Hmm, Yeah now that I think about it it can't be Tetramorium. I have a colony of tetramroium and while the workers look like your ant, they are 3-4 mm long... ...
