I thought she looked like Pheidole, but other Pheidole queens I've seen were 4mm long and she is twice that

I friend of mine brought me a new ant Queen she found in her kitchen.

This is Gina. She is 8mm long, and she was found in a home in Okinawa.

I'm not used to Nylanderia being that large, but there aren't really other options. Maybe it's a new species? The ant population on Okinawa is largely undocumented, after all. Nice, I love my Companotus colony. I caught her 3\26\16 and she was huge. She landed on my foot to say hi when I wasn't even looking. I picked her up on my phone and she flew off, then about 20min min I found her when I was moving the lawnmower so my neice could skate on the drive way and she flew ...

three of the queens are 6mm, three are 7mm. I just checked again.
