I saw her in another myrmica nest so it's mostly just assumptions but she was worker sized and definitely a queen

Parasitic myrmica is actually 5mm I hAve seen them personally

If you're in North America then this is probably Tapinoma sessile. The queen will die if you don't get a few workers. That was probably a mature colony move and yes, that is brood
