Hey, I caught 4 queen ants and I wanna know what species they are. I got some idea in some of them but very little in others. Please check out my pics. Help identify this queen (Spain)

I caught this queen in Spain the 25th of June this year. It is completely black and measures 5mm. She is absolutely tiny. I would like some help identifying it.
