Ant Hibernation

There are many ants around me in Dallas TX, I'm wondering if some of these species hibernate or not. Brachymyrmex or Lasius?

Queen ID

Found this queen mating in my Texas backyard. Dark Red head and thorax with black and yellow gaster. I'm thinking lasius neoniger or brachymyrmex depilis. Thoughts?

She looks red but she’s actually yellow, pretty sure she’s a Pharoah ant queen. Opinions?
