Ants invading my kitchen

Formicarium for tapinoma sessile

I'm picking up a colony of 1000-1200 tapinoma sessile with at least 2 queens. Probably more. Which hybrid nest and outworld setup do you recommend?

Thanks! Ant love forever.

Re: Help removing Tetramorium

Maybe not the perfect solution but it does give me an idea. These are termites.
Sadly, BSF is correct (as always). Those are termite queens. Keep trying! Better luck next time, never give up looking for those ant queens! On the other hand, you can raise termites, too. Just um.... don't let them escape... or launch alates. =)

BSF:
Thanks very much, I appreciate all the time you spend on this forum answering questions, I've learned a great deal from you.

If I have no host colony for the Lasius claviger queen, how long do you suppose she will live? I assume I should just let her go?

Re: Queen ant troubles

Any update on this? Have your queens laid more eggs? I assume she got stressed in the move and ate her first eggs.

Re: Ytong nests talk

Where do you find ytong in the US? I can't seem to find it anywhere, has anyone successfully ordered it from anywhere or know a chain hardware store that sells it?

Last but not least, ANT 10 Wings: No. Eat: Yes! Ate quite a bit, ate right off my hand holding honey on a tooth pick – went right for it and started eating it while I was still holding it. After that, she scampered out of her test tube quickly onto my hand, found a small amount of honey which had en...
