Thanks! I was thinking the 2nd one was a drone as well, but was not sure. There are quite a lot of Camponotus pennsylvanicus ants around my area, and due to it's size I'm thinking it might be a queen of that species.

What species are these queens? Troy, Michigan.

I found each of them within the span of three days ( September 11-13 ). Due to me being new to the ant keeping hobby, I have a lack of knowledge when it comes to species identification.
