What camera did you use to shoot this?
Sorry for the late response. (I'm not usually active on this forum) I used an iPhone SE with macro lens for these ones. They go a long way ;)

This is the first time I've seen this species in the area I caught them at. Here's the run down. Location Found: Mojave Desert (Nevada side) Date/Time: These queens were caught on Monday, July, 9 at 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM. The temperature was at 95-87 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity at 22%-27%. Probably Lasius Sp., maybe neoniger. Dorymorymex flies in spring to early summer, so it's a bit late for them. Good luck with your queen!
