Maybe its a species of Formica due to how glossy the exoskeleton is Since this queen has two petiole nodes (waist segments), that would put her in the Myrmicinae subfamily (acorn ants, harvester ants, fire ants, etc.) Formica have one petiole node and belong to Formicinae (carpenter ants, rover ant...
