Update,
Did some research and found out that it is almost defenetly Formica, specificaly iberoformica subrufa!
Im just relieved that it is not a parasitic species...

Its almost impossible to identify your queens whith the photos that you took, get the camera out of the queens face and let us see the hole queen in the picture, not just parts of her like her jaws or gaster like you did...

Looks like some tipe of solenopsis, i was thinking solenopsis fugax but you are in the usa so i dont know...
