Does the queenless camponotus pennsylvanicus colony adopt a new queen?

My camponotus pennsylvanicus queen died a month ago and I have a new queen with the exactly same species. The queen has some eggs and pupae. Does the colony will accept the queen? What is the best strategy in this situation?

Thank you, BleedingRaindrops and Batspiderfish.
Appreciate your time and effort.
I will try to take better pictures next time to capture the key features of identification.
BTW, do you have any recommendations? I would like to learn how to identify ant species at least my area.
