I feed my colony every other day! like this:

Monday: Honey
Tuesday: Nothing
Wednesday: Small spoon on protein jelly
Thursday: Nothing
Friday: Insect's
Saturday & Sunday: Nothing

Yes, I have! But the problem is it will take longer than usual to move them in! I moved mine in when I was at 30-40ish workers! If you are anxious try buying a hybrid nest mini (note: 20-30 workers)! Then after a while move them into the camponotus nest!
