Mold In Test Tubes

Mold seems to be growing on the walls of my weaver queen ant's test tube. It is like a black dot surrounded by white stuff. How do I remove it without poking a stick in the tube to remove it, or will the ants remove it by themselves? And if it is not mold, then does anyone know what it is? Is it har...

Recently I accidentally flooded the test tube set-up where my queen ants, who had already laid eggs, were staying, and they left their test tube and the eggs got soaked in water.
