Would baby powder without talc work? I have also heard some people use cornstarch with rubbing alcohol. Baby powder is talcum powder. I use baby powder because it is usually mostly talcum powder. I recommend some baby(talc) powder. Works best and cheapest. Oils usually work for small species though. Would baby powder without talc work? Hi again! I was wondering if you knew any escape barriers for formica ants? I don’t have fluon or talcum powder. But I have vaseline, olive oil, and other veggie oils. So do any of those work? So, I did my own research and I concluded that it was Formica Argentina. Because my queen doesn’t have that silver line around it’s gaster.
