What is the difference between larvae & eggs, I can't really tell and my magnifying glass isn't doing any good, can someone show me a close-up picture of Larvae and eggs? and tell me the difference?

My queen ant is in a drawer within a test tube setup, do i open a crevis of the drawer to stick the heating cable in or do i move her somewhere else?

My queen ant is currently sitting in a test tube within my nightstand drawer, I check up on her every time I am about to head to bed and my room is pretty dim during this time, is it okay if I continue this habit or should I wait 3-4 days before checking up on her as Mikey said?

The water where my carpenter queen ant drinks from is starting to mold in the middle, the water is fine only the middle of the cotton is molding, should i take action and move her or will she be fine?
