Re: Welcome back to the Camponotus Crew! (New topic, old one got too long)
Wow, a few days ago my Camponotus hyatti colony already got their third worker! My modoc colony has a bit of catching up to do but they have three cacoons so when those hatch they'll have 5 workers!

Re: Welcome back to the Camponotus Crew! (New topic, old one got too long)
My Camponotus Hyatti queen got her first worker! It was super pale and didn't do much but now it's not as pale and helps the queen with the brood.

Ok, thanks! I moved her into a new setup so I don't have to worry about the mold.

She lost all her brood
My pogonomyrmex queen lost all her brood to mold not sure how it started but I'm going to not check up on her and just feed her. Does anyone know a way I can get her back on her feet? Any help would be great, thanks.

Hello! I recently got two Camponotus colonies one Modoc with two workers and a hyatti with workers arriving soon. Both are really great! I gave the Modoc colony a small piece of cotton dowsed in sugar water and they loved it. I also saw them doing trofulaxis really amazing stuff.
