I think it is Tetramorium immigrans or caespitum. Could also be Pheidole.

probably not queens can take some time to found. how often are you checking on her? Every 6 or 5 days it's probably fine, wings don't mean much according to some other antkeepers and cremotagaster are probably on the fast side of ants but my camponotus colony took 4 weeks to lay eggs.
