I don't think that is a very good idea for putting 3 queen ants in one tube as they may attack each other. I belive that that species is monogynous.

nice ant colony I found in my backyard
I found this ant colony a few days ago in my backyard and I have never seen so many alates in one spot.
Ps: also I am wondering what type of ants these are if you know please tell me.

I think it is a lasius americanus bec its thier nuptial flight season but correct me if I'm wrong

HEY ALL I GOT A NEW QUEEN ANT IT WAS FOUND WITH A MALE SO I THINK IT IS FERTILIZED 
but I do not know what species it is I cannot send a photo because it is too big but it is black it has a big gaster and white inside
