It looks like the single worker may be warming up to this new queen. The worker found a small drop of honey that I put in the tube a couple weeks ago. I have three Solenopsis Invicta and one of them died shortly after her first few workers enclosed. Is it possible for them to get along with one of my other queens that are also Solenopsis Invicta? Or should I release the workers outside?

I'm gonna say Formica? But I would wait for a more knowledgeable person, also the photo isn't very clear, so try and get some other angles, mainly from the side.

Thank you for all the tips. Over the past couple months, finding ants has been more than successful. I found 3 of one species, and 1 of another. Super happy and excited that my first queen has its first 3 workers.
