Does anyone know what this exactly is

My Pheidole Dentata are killing each other
There is only one queen to this colony so I do not know why there behavior is like this. I put a injured mealworm in and during the ants attack on the mealworm they started fighting each other while they tried to drag it into the nest any ideas why. I couldn’t see them doing this in the wild or they...
