Its definitely an alate, at the least. May not have mated, because its still got its wings. I don't know anything about the species though.

I honestly don't know, but if its been 6 months and still no eggs, Id guess camponotus, completely guessing though. May help others if you get some shots from the side. Good Luck!

At first I thought it was a crematogaster, but those nuptial flights happen in august, but weathers been super weird lately, maybe an anomaly?
