New P. Imparis Queens!!!

So, i caught 3 P. Imparis queens, and this isn't my first rodeo, but i haven't kept track of the other 3 colonies i've tried, so does anyone have an info? (When do they lay their eggs, how long until the nanitics hatch, do i HAVE to hibernate them?)

It could be blood sucking mites, they will look like a red speck on the ants. If its not mites your colony should be fine 2-3 workers dying a week is not very bad.
he said it was a small colony, at this rate it would take 3.75 months for the entire colony to die
