Oof, that's sad mate. Just be sure to separate your pets in future though. If there's any help you need, just ask us. I know it's hard to have a colony bounce back after some thing like that.

Hmmm. Have you done anything with the queen that you normally don't do? A new food or a different location. Has the queen been exhibiting strange behavior recently? For example, going round and round in circles or having gaster pains. Let me know if so. I can't tell much from the picture. I am sorry...
