You have two choices. A- let the drones pass away of natural causes overtime or B. Capture the drones and let them outside a few hours before rain during their nuptial flight period.

Yes just be carful and for future reference NEVER use a gel farm if you have a queen, repeat if you find a queen NEVER use a gel farm I’m not sure about the science behind it but gel farms kill ants in the long term.

I would advise moving them in to a test tube setup and start feeding them drops of honey or sugar water, try dropping wet cotton balls in their currant setup up once in a while until you can get the proper setup. as long as you do this and keep them between 74-80 F they should thrive despite their l...

Queens can take a very long time to lay eggs, up to several weeks or months depending on species , I would advise keeping her in temperatures from 74-80F for optimal egg laying temperature and although they usually don’t eat during this stage, I would advise giving her a small drop of honey or sugar...

That is definitely a camponotus queen but I’m not sure which one as species specifics is not my specialty however I do know that, that specific one is one of the most common.
