Is there a safe species of ant to move in with my lizards that wont kill it ?

Hi, I am a beginner ant keeper. I would like to know if there is a ant species that will not harm my pet lizards. I would like to move some ants into my bioactive verrarium with my Lizard but I'm worried that they will kill the lizard.

I dont have any ants yet, I want to incorporate a safe species into the ecosystem but dont know of any that wont kill the lizards?
