I'm not tapping aggressively. Just to check if everything is ok, if they are still moving. As i said, the tube being a little bit opaque, i can't see them very well. Keeping dead ants is not my wish

I did not stress them in any way. After they moved at first, i've just placed the nest and outworld in a safe place where i could just observer them. The test tube is semi-opaque and the ytong nest is completely covered so i don't think i stressed them in that way. Maybe just tapping the tube once a...

I've placed them safe and dont want to disturb them of not needed. They should be kept alone for a while right?
