I killed a fruit fly and it was not damaged at all I fed it to my Lasius Neoniger colony is this ok? The colony has around 15-20 workers.

Could I start my ant keeping journey with this species?

My Pavement Ant colony has 1 queen and 2 workers. For some reason the workers will not leave the test-tube. There is some honey in my test-tube portal. Does anyone know why they do not leave and get the honey?

How long after the queen has started laying eggs does the queen send out workers to forage for food?

Your right every time I log on there is a [Bot] I have seen Bing, Google and one more that I can't remember the name of. I think there is one on right now
