I was thinking invictus, it's a common species here in north texas. How bad of an idea is raising this species as a first timer? What would help other than clearer photos to identify?

Hello ACAF, I'm very new to this hobby and started my first hunt for a queen today! Much to my surprise I found what I think to be a queen while walking outside of my apartment complex.
