After searching it look like camponotus nicobarensis.

Shed its wings and already gave 3 eggs.

They are about 20mm long

I found those 2 today in hong kong.
Any idea what specie it is?

It looked dead when I found it in a puddle this morning on my terrace after a heavy rain in the night. It started moving at we 30 kin in the tube. it now struggle getting rid of its wings

Anyone has experience with camponotus irritants? I keep my small colony's nest regularly humidified and they seem ok with it. Should I keep it dry instead?
