Re: Welcome to the Camponotus Crew!

Chameleon was one thing I thought about. Not any lizard that needs like dry heat and no plants, want to go fo more of a jungly vibe. I haven't looked into to many others, but I did like the chameleons I saw before. so not related to ants but thought i'd post here just to get yalls impression, would ...

Re: Welcome to the Camponotus Crew!

Happy to help wherever I can. Just out of interest why would you want to add an ant-eating predator to your ants enclosure? Second, I am unfamiliar with reptiles and how they're kept, but don't they usually have to be kept in warm well lit tanks? And depending on the species I guess, but wouldn't t...

Re: Welcome to the Camponotus Crew!

By the way, Hawkeye(or anyone) do you think a 30" by 12" by 12" would be big enough to have a third water 2 thirds land terrarium for a lizard. I wanna make a beautiful enclosure like AC, but I don't know if it's enough room, I thought If I got like a fish bowl, the land would come up the the rim, ...

Re: Forelius Clan

Yes, heat does help, but you shouldn't keep it for to much longer, because tricking your ants to think it's not winter when it is can be bad for them.

Re: Welcome to the Camponotus Crew!

They sound really cool, I don't know if it would be that easy to keep though, I have enough trouble with seven average queens. By the way, Estrella is still the only queen I have to have seven workers. I think I might have to let the others go, I don't know. I think I'll keep Estrella though. There ...
