Could it be Lasius niger?
You can find a picture of a Lasius niger queen on Wikipedia and compare it to yours:

Hello there, This afternoon I found an ant of which I suspect that it might be a queen. It was crawling around in a muddy place right next to a field and is 6-7 mm long. I live in Germany.
