It could also be camponotus nearitcus. I did a quick check on some ants at this site (https://www.antweb.org/taxonomicPage.do?rank=species&adm1Name=Tennessee&countryName=United%20States&images=true) and this was the closest match. Check out the site and if you find a closer match let me know .
