2 ways The first will take about 20-40 mins the other should be quick but who knows if the broodwill smell funky First you can get a second test tube have it covered and have the one that's dry exposeit to a bright light or you can mix lemon juice with water and spray small amounts into the test tub...

HAve them in a room that is humid keep them therefeed them protein like a cricket leg maybe smaller for they're size dont feed them huge foods until they hit 30-60 workers

My pheidole colony has Growing numbers im assuming 2-3 thousand! but the majors have big heads but are near the same size as the workers know anything about this?? For a beginner keep them keep your favorite colonies and sell the queens that are fertile that you don't want for a reasonable price 20-30 $
