I second the parasitic lasius. Definitely too small for camponotus

I believe this is mymica but I’m uncertain on species. Possibly Americana. Any other thoughts? 1st one looks like Pheidole sp.

Size - 1/8”
Location - Midwest USA
Other - Queen is not much bigger than workers. Body is red and head/abdomen black.
