I have tried to clean the lower chambers, it is not easy at all to do. This colony is easily disturbed when you touch the glass, and the queen has been in full egg laying mode. So I don't want to disturb her.

3 Year old colony, about 125+ strong. They seem to nest in the upper half of the Hyrbid Nest, closer to the heating cable.
