Hi! A picture of the ants would be great in order to identify their species as different species require different care. They are really beautiful ants and are a must-have in any ant collection! Eggs take around 20-30 days to hatch, larvae take close to 3 weeks to pupate and pupa takes around a month to emerge. Overall takes nearly 3 months from egg to worker

You should move her into a test tube. Queens ants can be stressed when their nest areas is too big for the colony. She may not be laying eggs when stressed. Hope this helps!

The first one looks like a crematogastor species. The second one looks like a lasius species. Im not 100% sure but they look like it...

My friend just caught a carebara diversa drone yesterday. It rained heavily yesterday so Im not sure if that's what trigered them out. Will continue to keep a lookout for the queens. Thanks for the info!
