ID queen + workers?

I have this queen I found in western PA and I'd love to know what it is (even roughly).

I posted photos of just the queen and didn't get responses, but now I have photos with the new workers also. Full album is here:

Very interesting. I guess this is not an easy way to get started in ants though. Best course is just to go ahead and release it back?
